Osorno’s Composite Yeast Nutrient is a mix of several food-grade substances for optimal yeast development. This balanced blend serves as yeast’s main energy source during its life-cycle and activity. Our yeast nutrient product contains all the nutrients required for wine yeast: diammonium phosphate (DAP), ammonium sulfate, fumaric acid, and amino acids.  Our Composite Yeast Nutrient does not contain potentially harmful urea often found in other yeast nutrients.
